Hot Stone - Therapeutic Massage - 60 Minutes - $75.00

           Basalt stones heated to the perfect relaxing temperature are used to stroke and coax those muscles to a deeply relaxed state. This session includes a blend of massage techniques addressing stress, pain and tight muscles. Deep relaxation and healing is often the result of a regular therapeutic massage treatment.  Many problems such as poor sleep, headaches, anxiety are reduced with the deep relaxation and improved circulation achieved through massage. 

 

 

Julie's BEST - Reflexation Session - 60 Minutes - $70.00

Reflexation^® is a profound method of deep relaxation based on the powerful tools of reflexology, shiatsu, and polarity. This relaxation is the kind that people achieve after years of meditation. The body and mind are able to go deeply into a trance state in about an hour.  When this occurs the physical body is able to release tension stored for many years. Physically the circulatory systems are improved (lymphatic and blood). When the muscles relax the nervous system is less compromised and able to function properly. These simple improvements allow the body to establish balance or homeostasis. The blood flow from the lower extremities can easily move to the heart while inverted in the "gravity chair". The upper torso benefits from the improved circulation in an inverted position. Energetically there is a balancing of the polarities and improved flow of energy of the meridians.  Hand and Foot Reflexology  - 45 minutes - $50.00     This session will include time on the hands and feet only. Great for those who have carpal tunnel or other problems with the hands and wrists.   Receive these sessions sitting in a recliner, fully clothed.

 

Reiki Energy Treatment - 60 Minutes - $65.00

            Reiki (pronounced 'ray-key') is a form of healing energy that goes directly to your "electrical" system to improve energy flow and remove blocks to your health. You will receive this session while lying on a table fully clothed. Reiki was discovered by Dr. Usui in Japan and is used worldwide.

 

 

 

Private Yoga Instruction - 60 Minutes - $50.00

            If you would like to learn specific yoga stretches for your bodies needs you may want a few private sessions. Each of us has old injuries, postural problems or any number of surgeries that have limited our flexibility and a personal trainer is the most successful way to address your specific problems. You can also work with the breathing and relaxation designed specifically for you. Julie has been teaching classes regularly since she took Yoga Teacher Training at the Sivannada Yoga Center in Nassau, Bahamas in 1986.

 

Integrative Health Consultation - 30 minutes - $30.00; 50 minutes - $45.00

           Are you confused about the many kinds of alternative health therapies offered? This consultation lets you ask questions of Julie who has studied and practiced, since 1986, a variety of Integrative Health modalities. Julie can provide references, reading material, website links, possible exercises, bodywork suggestions, or classes to assist you on your journey toward better health. 

 

Aromatherapy Consultation - 15 minutes - $12.00

Aromatherapy is an ancient science using essential oils to sooth, heal, kill bacteria and more. Sinus problems can be addressed easily and quickly with aromatherapy.

 

Geo-Biology Consultation - $90.00 per hour
